It has been brought to our attention that the United States Postal Service tracking system has been quite unhelpful as far as tracking updates goes. Not only are the packages taking slightly longer than usual, we have noticed that they are not posting status updates on the tracking website.
Nicholas and I are obviously aware of this and it seems that it is a result of the "Print at Home" labels that we use directly out of the workshop in Cincinnati. Although the shipping times are not affected by this, the status updates are. Unfortunately they don't update the status of the shipment online until your artwork has literally been delivered! We do apologize for this inconvenience, but not to worry! Trust that your metal artwork IS IN TRANSIT and you will have it shortly, regardless of what the tracking information says!
